Crimson Security Services, Inc. provides New England’s premier UL approved monitoring center. Our professional monitoring staff is on duty for you 24 hours a day. Whether you are at home, at work, or out of town, we are here to respond to your alarm system. Because we own and operate our own central monitoring station, we can be very flexible in responding to your alarm system in a way that best fits your needs.

For both residential and commercial security systems, you can rely on our professional dispatchers to follow through if you have an emergency. We can access the confidential account information we keep for our customers and relay vital facts, pertinent to the emergency, to the authorities. In addition, we can look up information about your alarm system activity for you. We follow up by checking with local responding authorities to track the result of their response.

It is also possible for us to monitor systems that are not currently being monitored, even though another company may have installed them.
