| Hey everyone, Like I said on March 4th to 11th Vanessa, A few other SPC people and I went to Nassau, Bahamas for Spring Break 2005. Although Vanessa and I spent the most time together, and we also stayed in Downtown Nassau while the other 12 people from SPC stayed in Cable Beach. It was a really fun time, and I really liked the Bahamas, it's definately somewhere I would return to in my future. The best party spot was Club Waterloo, (drinking age down there is 18, and Bacardi was cheap as hell because they have a bacardi plant down there). There were quite a few places to eat down there but Vanessa and I personally liked Anthony's Carribean Grill (Happy Hours is 3-6), and Although the name of the restaurant sounds funny, The Poop Deck was quite a famous place to eat and the food was good. Now for everyone's inquisitive minds, I really didn't do anything down there. It's funny because I was saying and preaching to everyone that whatever happens in Bahamas Stays in Bahamas, but I didn't do anything bad. I made out with two guys, a white guy and a Black guy, and when I was not dancing I was grabbing guys, it was all out of fun nothing serious. We did meet two guys from Ithaca College, in Upstate New York I thought that they were cute, and they were also Very funny. I did notice that most of the people down there seemed to be from New York. So if anyone was planning on making Bahamas their Spring Break and hesistated on it, it is a hot spot and there is trillions of things to do from Cable Beach to Downtown. Paridise Island is okay, it's mostly Hotels, but if you want to gamble you have to go to Paridise Island. |
