I love Rurouni Kenshin, it's my absolute #1 favorite anime/manga. Right now, I'm really into this very brand new anime/manga Houshin Engi. I tend to like the manga a little better than the anime and I love doing fanarts for them. Other titles I particular

Well, this is quite an ambitious concept, and I wish you the best. Fellow voters, again, keep in mind that perspective is a good thing when it comes to voting for anime. If all you've seen is Sailor Moon, Evangelion, or Pokemon...you're missing a LOT.
o out and watch! There's so much good stuff to be had, and voting for the limited series you follow is really not a great judge of the quality of a feature. That having been said, I wish this project the best of luck and hope my contribution will be wor

i think this is a good idea; there seem to be more bad anime out there than good ones, also, there is a thin line between very good and absolutely excellent. not many anime series/movies cross this line, the result of which is a lower standard of quality

Good idea, both the concept and the name. Maybe next time the drop-down list can contain the anime released in the year so that there won't be too many repeat winners? It is sometimes hard to remember when a particular movie/anime/OAV first came out...

As a member of this group I hope to give the true winners of these awards the recognition they deserve. Most of the time Ranma or other series are voted for out of ignorance. Many of these people haven't seen enough anime to be a fair judge. If many lesse
known titles get recognition as great then it will convince these people to seek out these great titles.

This site has been useful for me bec. it provided info on the better anime titles out there so I didn't have to rely to much on the trial & error method. Its also nice to showcase the more worhty anime title instead of just the popular ones.

Anime in Jap with English subtitles is the best. Most Chinese and English versions don't have the standard of dubbing of the original.
