Ice swimming
Welcome the Oslo "Icebears", a (soon to become) solid mix of brave men and
women who - regardless weather and temperature - just love to swim in the
Oslofjord and enjoy it's fabulous nature and open space. Mind you: as real
naturists not only have we nothing to hide, neither are we afraid of some
cold water. Every week you will be able to meet and join us at Huk fristrand
for continued outdoor swimming/iceswimming or icebathing throughout the autumn, winter into spring.
However, even if you only want to wade through the icy water, or prefer to
use swimwear - you are just as welcome! Please send us an
