Notes for JOHN JACOB ARNOLD:
Children's names obtained from the 1860 census.
We are a bit confused. Previous family documentation showed John Jacob Arnold to be from Germany. Both the 1860 and 1870 census say he is from France. Also, in the 1880 and 1900 census two of his sons, George P. and Edward M. indicated their father was from France. 1900 census for son John J. also shows John Jacob to be from France. 1910 census for George P. again shows father as being from France.
Family information gives a death date of 1894; however, I have been unable to locate John Jacob Arnold in the 1880 census index for any location or the 1880 census images for Lockport. The 1881 Canadian census index was also searched.

Her husband, George P., is still in Larimore and is listed under G. P. There are two other people living there with George; William, 22, and Mollie, 26.
