This is the wood and pipe spinable mold
and the first layer of polyproplene sheeting.
The second layer is taped with mylar
tape.
Three layers of 1.5 oz fiberglass mat
are applied using polyester resin, before  and after each layer of glass.
The surface is then rolled smooth as possable.
Once the resin is cured in 1-3 hours
you have a fiberglass tube.
The tube is then filled with automotive type body filler, and tacked to remove the dust, before priming
This is the first heavy prime with urathane
sealing primer
