Inscribed on Nancy's tombstone in Asbury Cemetery near the Kirksey Community of Calloway County, Kentucky:
"The Mother of Twenty One Boys"

The Kentucky census records of 1850 list Nancy (Chun) Killebrew as being born in North Carolina. 
Legend has it that she was a Native American Indian;
her photograph above appears to bear this out.
