All the churches and fellowship groups shall be accountable to the Districts and administrative units where they are found....Models 1, 2 and 3 churches shall be automatic full members of the African Fellowship of the Assemblies of God, USA.  Model 4 groups shall continue as affiliates until they decide to operate as churches under Model 3.

Pastors & Workers
The Pastors and workers to oversee the various church formations shall be strictly developed from among the membership who accept the call into either full-time or part-time ministry.

African nationals who have trained here in the USA and received credentials from the USA Assemblies of God shall be given the highest priority.

The urgency of the task may call for the development of an intensive/crash training program of ministry for the respondents without any theological training to acquire basic ministry requirements necessary for their operations in America.

Special orientation programs shall be organized for Ministers of independent churches and groups that affiliate with the Fellowship to incorporate them into the fold.

Assemblies of God Ministers who received their credentials in Africa and are resident in America can be considered for ministry after consulting their respective National Church Leadership on their standing prior to immigration.
