BOSNIAN NATIONAL FINAL 1999

The Bosnian Final was held on March 6th at the Skenderija City Hall in Sarajevo, hosted by Segmedina Srna & Lejla Babovic. The winner was chosen by 8 regional juries in Bosnia and 1 in Germany. However, on April 16th "Starac i more" was disqualified as it was revealed that the song had been commercially released by a Finnish singer in 1997. Consequently, "Putnici" was declared the winner.

Deen (lead singer of Seven Up) Zeljka Katavic-Pilj Seid Memic-Vajta Hari Mata Hari

Dino & Beatrice came 7th at the ESC. Zeljka Katavic-Pilj was a backing singer for Bosnia in ESC 1996 & 1997. She was also in the group Izvodaca that took part in the 1993 Bosian Final. Seid Memic-Vajta represented Yugoslavia in ESC 1981.
