The Bosnian Final was held on February 22nd, with Alma Cardzic singing all 10 songs. Only the winning song was announced and it was chosen by a jury of "experts".

Alma previously represented Bosnia in ESC 1994. She also came 10th in the 1992 Yugoslav Final and 2nd in the 1993 Bosnian Final. At the ESC she came equal 18th.
