Some might wonder why this is necessary. I know I did, at first. I soon learned once I joined a couple of internet discussion groups. When relying only on text to communicate, you cannot see the other person�s facial expressions or hear their tone of voice. As such, sometimes meanings are misinterpreted, and sarcasm is taken literally, or a jesting comment will be taken at face value. While I have no problem with fundies or bigots being angry with me, I do not want anyone to become angry with something I may write, not realizing that I am joking or trying to be ironic. Hence, this list.
I will try not to clutter these pages up with too many of these things, but sometimes they are necessary. Other times they just creep into my writing. If it is a case of the latter, in advance, I apologize.
This is by no MEANS a complete list, and more will be added as I become aware of them...
