Best warranty and durability:
Due to misuse or abuse by animals or other third parties, less than 1/2% of Kiddy Katcha had to be replaced at a nominal cost, to the full satisfaction of our customers. When pool decks were replaced, reinstallations can easily be done for reasonable labor charges only. Less than 10% of Kiddy Katcha needed minor repairs, outside our standard warranty, for an average charge of $35. Very little warranty work had been necessary.
High standard for export:
Kiddy Katcha is now exported to Australia and Europe. At first, it was imported and tested by some Californian pool owners. It then needed to be redesigned to meet the requirements. Research prompted us, to achieve high standards of safety, combined with ease of handling and aesthetic looks, that blend with the surroundings. In addition, it needed to be impressively low priced. All of the above has been met. The high appeal of the finished product, allowed us to export it back to South Africa, from where it originated.
Check all safety features regularly to make sure that they are functioning properly. Safety features must be in use at ALL times to be effective.
