MY name is Natalie and I was born in London, England. I was born on June 28th, in North Harrow hospital. My mother and father met in college and soon got married in London and had my brother David, and I. I have a very unusual, combined ethnic background. My mother was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia and my father is from the Iran, in the Middle East. That makes me half Colombian and half Persian. My family is also Jewish. My parents both speak 2 different languages, including English. I lived in England until I was about 3 years old. When I was 3, I moved to New York with my family and I have been living in Port Washington ever since. I loved being a kid-especially during the summer. I have so many pictures and videos of my brother and I, playing in our big blow up pool in the backyard of my house. I think when you�re a kid you can make anything fun. I loved being little. I remember the smallest things could always make me laugh or put a smile on my face. When I was 3, my parents signed me up for Nursery school at the Community Synagogue. I met many friends there, including my best friend to this day, Nikki. I attended Daly elementary school, which is right around the block from my house. Ironically, I was late everyday! After Elementary school for 6 years, I went to middle school. Because my grade was the first 6th grade class going into Weber, I was a little scared, but I soon adjusted well and met many new friends. This change set me on the road to becoming more mature and independent.
Now, I am 16 years old and I am a junior at Schreiber High School. I have grown up a lot since my childhood days. My interests now as a 16 year-old have changed a bit since I was a kid. I love to spend time with my friends and go out. My friends are an extremely important par of my life. I also enjoy just spending some alone time with myself, either just relaxing or listening to music in my room. Music is also another very important part of my life. Without it I think I would be lost! I have been singing and listening to music since I was a little girl. I love to sing and dance to music. This is something that makes me relaxed, in control, and is something that I enjoy doing with a passion. I usually sing anywhere I can. Usually with my friends and at home!
