RULES & REGULATIONS
  1.    The match clock WILL start at the designated game time. Both teams will be notified at the start of the game time, and a forfeit will be declared after 10 (ten) minutes if either team does not have the correct amount of players on the field. FIFA rules apply, except for: unlimited substitutions on your teams throw-ins, on either teams goal-kicks, or after a goal is scored.

2.     The 3 (three) person officiating team is to be paid a fee of $50.00 for the referee and $30.00 for each of the two referees assistants for a total of $110.00 ($55.00 per team) before the match, but no later than by half-time of the match. In the case of an official not being paid, the amount of $40.00 will be taken out of the offending teams bond, as well as, a fine of $40.00 toward the teams bond.

 
3.     Registration and Fees
          We can not get cards without the TSSA waiver forms. You
MUST get these forms in to the league registrar. Also, the insurance deductable goes up (from $500.00) to $2000.00 if they do not have this form.

Intial Roster due - Prior to season MANDATORY.
Final Roster due - Third (3rd) week of season.

 
4.     All players must present a laminated, N.M.M.L. PICTURE PLAYER ID (Drivers License of TSSA ID) and a completed roster form with players numbers to the referee prior to the match.

5.     All players MUST be 30 years old or over, except those players grandfathered.

 
6.     Player transfers and additions will not be permitted after their original team has played 3 (three) games. Transfers must receive league approval. No new players may be added to team rosters for league tournament games at the end of the season. For each extra player added it is the responsibility of the team to pay the fees for the player.
 
 
7.     Players may only play for one team in this league.

 
8.     Yellow and Red card offences may not be protested and decisions by the greivance committee are final.

 
9.     Any player who assults (i.e. physical, verbal, and or other as defined by USSF, FIFA, and the N.M.M.L. guideline on abusing officials) a referee will be suspended from the league and turned over to the N.M.M.L. greivance committee, TSSA, USSF, FIFA for futher disciplinary action. The referee has the right to take whatever action he feels fit towards the player(s) involved.

10.     Forfeits: Match score will be 4-0.

11.     The final schedule is not subject to change unless it conflicts with USSF national matches, weather, or emergency. Scheduled matches cannot be changed unless both coaches agree at least 14 (fourteen) days in advance and the league is notified. The team requesting the change will be charged a $20.00 rescheduling fee, due before their next scheduled match or it will be forfeited.

12.     Scoring - 3 (three) points for a win; 1 (one) point for a draw;  0 (zero) points for a loss.

13.     Only referees and league officials have the authority to call off games due to weather conditions. Games will be called off only at the field and and at the scheduled start time of the match, or by league officials st their discretion. When the decision is made to canel games, a message will be placed on the voice mail immediately. 777-GOAL.

14.     The regular season champion will be determined from the point standings. In case of a tie in the standings, the criteria and seeding will be determined as follows: (a) winner of regular season match(es); (b) highest goal differential; (c) highest goals for; (d) highest number of shutouts; (e) coin toss.

15.     Teams are required to have matching jerseys with distinct, permanent numbers attached.

16.     Each team is required to have a home and away jersey by the fouth game of the regular season. These jerseys are to adhere to as closely as possible, a dark and light jersey.

17.     Referees are required to call 777-GOAL and submit the game report IMMEDIATELY following the termination of said match. Names of cautioned and ejected players must be reported. Names of ejected players MUST be called in to the league office. It is the responsibility of the teams to make sure the ejected player(s) suspention is served.

18.    The league will re-institute the traveling cup for regular season league champions, and will also have a traveling cup for first and second place in the final season ending tournament.

19.    All decisions on the clarity of the rules and regulations of the league are to be made by board member(s) and are FINAL.

20.     The referee assignor to be paid $9.00 per game.
