| Gridding the Dog - To make guidelines for the grid on the dog, I used blue painter's tape. It actually took me much longer to tape the grid than to paint it! I used Golden Fluid Acrylic Paint in Anthra Blue mixed with GAC 500 which helped the paint harden and adhere to the dog. |
| Woo hoo! Now all the grids start to be filled with dogs - each grid with a different dog involved in a different activity: scratching, sleeping, chasing a frisbee, eating, begging, etc. I transferred the designs using carbon paper, which was a bit difficult on a 3-dimensional object, but it gave me a rough image to start with. I continued using the same color I used for painting the gridlines. |
