Calendar time is an important daily activity. It is part of our math program and gives multiple opportunities for math awareness
throughout the lesson. Because it is also aligned to the upper grades, the students will be familiar with the process and continue
to be exposed to its math on a daily basis throughout their elementary years.
I have included here a number of activities that we do during calendar time. Keep in mind that everything is done in Spanish.

El tiempo de calendario es una actividad diaria muy importante. Es parte de nuestro programa de matem�ticas y da
muchas oportunidades para percibir matem�ticas durante la lecci�n. Esta actividad se encuentra aliniada con los grados
de primaria. As� los alumnos estar�n familiarizados con el processo y contiuar�n a ver las matem�ticas durante la primaria.
