Robert Ernenwein
I was charged in the Long Beach court with three felony counts of
assault with a firearm. While I was in jail my family hired Robert
Ernenwein. Mr. Ernenwein investigated my case and interviewed many
witnesses. He kept in contact with my family throughout my case and
was with me in court. I am happy to say that my case was dismissed
even before the preliminary hearing. Mr. Ernenwein even got me
reinstated on my Prop 36 drug program which was in jeopardy because
I had been arrested on a new crime. I cannot say enough about the
Law Offices of McGregor & Ernenwein, especially Mr. Ernenwein.
He saved my life. I was looking at 20 years in prison and now I am
home with my family.

I was charged with domestic violence against my wife. Robert
Ernenwein represented me and we had a jury trial that lasted four
days. I was found not guilty by the jury. Robert Ernenwein's
preparation for the trial was excellent. His cross examination of
the witness was fantastic. I am very impressed with how he presented
the case. He is an excellent attorney and was able to convince the
jurors that I was not guilty. I owe my freedom to Robert Ernenwein.

Mr. Ernenwein represented me when I was charged with domestic
violence and disturbing the peace. Mr. Ernenwein investigated my
case and was able to have all charges dropped before I ever had to
go to court. I sincerely recommend the Law Offices of McGregor &
Ernenwein.

I was stopped by the police with a lot of cocaine in my car that
wasn't mine. Mr. Ernenwein represented me. He did an excellent job
and was able to convince the prosecutor's to drop my case. Thank you
Mr. Ernenwein.

I was arrested for felony vandalism, domestic violence and
fraudulent presentation of checks. Robert Ernenwein represented me
in Orange County and Los Angeles County. Robert not only helped me
with my legal problems, but helped me get my life together. I am now
married with a young child and have a small business. I was faced
with the possibility of state prison. Robert convinced the
prosecutor's to give me a chance. He also took the time to help me
straighten my life out. I highly recommend the Law Offices of
McGregor & Ernenwein.

Mr. Robert Ernenwein represented me in a misdemeanor case in
2003. I was charged with possession of marijuana. I risked losing my
job and my credible reputation if convicted of the charges. Mr.
Ernenwein worked his magic with the court. I attended 20 Narcotics
Anonymous meetings over a one-month period and my case was dismissed
in its entirety. My employer and my family were never informed of
the charges and my record is clean. Mr. Ernenwein truly saved my
life.

I was incarcerated and charged with two felony counts of assuault
with a deadly weapon and infliction of great bodily injury.
Previously I had bonded out on this charge. The case wasn't filed
and my bond was exonerated. Subsequently, Los Angeles County decided
to file charges and failed to notify me. I was unexpectedly arrested
and sitting in jail trying to explain the situation to my family,
friends and employer. Due to an error in the court paperwork, my
bail was shown at a higher amount, and my family wasn't given the
lower accurate amount. Robert Ernenwein came highly recommended from
a very respectable business associate, so immediatley my family
retained his services. The same day, Robert recommended a bail bond
company; they figured out the correct bail amount, had me bailed out
and back at home. Throughout the duration of my case, Robert took
his time to explain all the legalities to me. I was potentially
facing 9 years on two felony counts. Robert had my charges lowered
to a misdemeanor with community service. I am very thankful to
Robert Ernenwein who enabled me to return to my family, friends,
work and my normal life.

Bruce McGregor
Mr. McGregor handled a theft case for me in 2000. He got my
charges reduced from grand theft and larceny to petty theft. Two
years later he had my conviction expunged. Mr. McGregor was very
helpful and I am so thankful for everything he did for me.
-Tina
In 2001 I was charged with nine counts of knowing that a false
financial statement was made and one count of identity theft. Mr.
McGregor convinced the prosecutors to drop eight of the counts
including the identity theft count. He kept me out of jail and
arranged for alternative sentencing. After completing less than two
years of my probation Mr. McGregor had my probation terminated and
my conviction expunged so that I could leave the country for work. I
am so grateful to Mr. McGregor. I highly recommend Mr. McGregor and
the qualified staff of McGregor & Ernenwein.

Bruce represented me in a DUI case where I was arrested for
driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.40% which is five times the
legal limit in California. Bruce negotiated a deal where I only had
to complete the standard conditions for a first time DUI. Bruce is
an amazing attorney and is especially experienced in defending
difficult DUI cases like mine.
