You can hear tales of alligator fishing, crawfishing, Acadian history, and you can learn about tourist attractions. There are also various maps, documents, brochures, and guides of Louisiana (partially in French) at your disposal.

Joyce loves to cook and has written a Cajun cookbook. In the dining room, you can enjoy breakfast while listening to cajun music. It is a large room with two round tables.
