On the first floor, we welcome you and your friends in our living and dining rooms

Here is the Living room, which is where in conversations, Joyce and Frank will educate you on South Louisiana and its culture and traditions. You can hear tales of alligator fishing, crawfishing, Acadian history, and you can learn about tourist attractions. There are also various maps, documents, brochures, and guides of Louisiana (partially in French) at your disposal.

Joyce loves to cook and has written a Cajun cookbook. In the dining room, you can enjoy breakfast while listening to cajun music. It is a large room with two round tables. This photo shows a family sampling two local dishes: boiled crawfish with a side dish of alligator. Frank does a great job of keeping everyone's glass full.
