During the Fall season, an Age Group League for Boy and Girl athletes 14 & Under, 12 & Under Coed and 10 & Under Coed Athletes compete against one another in an IWP sponsored League between the months of August - October. Teams play approx. 10 - 12 games over 5 weekends on either a Sat or Sun at area high school pools. A Final Championship is held during the last weekends in October at Lyons HS, LaGrange for the 12&U Coed Division & at
Stevenson HS, Lincolnshire to crown a 14 & U Boy and Girl Champion.
The Champion 14 & U Boy and Girl teams then represents the Midwest Zone at the USWP National Speedo Cup Championship held each year in the Midwest. For 2008, the Championship will be held at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI from November 7 - 9, 2008.

Starting in Summer 2008, a High School Summer League was established to provide opportunities for our Boy and Girl athletes to play high level games outside of their high school spring seasons. Games are played during the week with a final IWP Summer Championship in mid-July.
For 2009, an Elite and Consulation Level Championship will be held in and around Chicagoland on July 17-18, 2009.
