NIGIRI-SUSHI
(Finger rolls) Oblong bars of sushi rice with a dab of Wasabi
and a favorite topping such as Salmon, Prawn etc...

FUTO-MAKI
Large rolls which contain as many as six ingredients
and measure up to 2 inches in diametre.

HOSO-MAKI
Smaller rolls which usually contain only one ingredient
and are about one inch in diametre.

TEMAKI
Corne shaped hand rolls which is larger and held like
an ice cream cone. Filled with a variety of ingredients
such as cucumber, crab and avocado.

GUNKAN
Cylinder-like and filled with rice up to half way and
then filled to the top with favourites such as
scallops, fish or lobster.

CHIRASHI-SUSHI
The simplest preparation of sushi. A bowl of sushi
rice with a variety of vegetables or fish placed
on top.

MAZE-SUSHI
A bowl of sushi rice mixed with a variety of
vegetables or fish troughout the rice.

INARI-SUSHI
Vinegared rice and vegetables wrapped in a bag of
fried tofu.
