Day 6 - Fri. January 2 2004
Woke up early, threw our stuff in our siutcases, and then headed off to Orlando!! The bus ride wasn't too bad...about 2 1/2 hours. Most of us slept, or at least tried to, since the lack of sleep was definetly beginning to mess with our minds. I woke up after a while and discovered Megan sleeping and drooling, and it was the funniest thing ever...total Kodak moment! ;)  When we reached Disney, we went straight to Animal Kingdom. We were all so pumped to go to Disney! I went off with a huge group...24 ppl to be exact. LOL. We all went to the Safari ride first, and the wait was 1 hour. Crazy long line! And these Spanish ppl all cut us! Therefore Me, Robyn, Mikey, an Jack made a chain to prevent more cutters! We finally got on, and we all fit in one big safari car, which was cool. The safari ride was quite bumpy...but crazy cool. Afterwards, we went to lunch, and Nick, Molly, Megan, Robyn, Ian, Mikey, Kelly O. and I ended up breaking off into our own little group, which was cool cuz I think smaller groups are better for parks like Disney. We went to the Dinosaur ride...which is THE SCARIEST ride ever! I was seriously screaming and crying the whole time! I guess it didnt help that Ian and Nick kept grabbing me and scaring me the whole time though, but they eventually gave up, and Nick tried to put his arm around me, but the ride was SO crazy I ended up in a little ball! The picture they took of us on the tide was hillarious...I bought it, it's great! And then we went off to some Dino coaster (an un-scary one!). And then we had to leave the park, since we were only there for 4 hours, and the lines were insanely long. Then we headed off to EPCOT for the evening. EPCOT was fun. I went around with Brian, Bryan, Kelly, Katie, Robyn and Chris...but Katie ended up getting sick :(  so it ended up being Me, Robyn and the Bri(y)ans. We had fun...we went on some rides in the Futureland thing, and the evil troll ride in Norway. We talked to this guy who worked in Norway, and found out just how "fun" it is to work at Disney....  We found Dave and Nick later...they bought crazy kimonos in Japan, and Dave bought a fez in Morocco, and Nick was wearing his Greek newsboy hat. They looked crazy...I thought they were EPCOT workers at first...until they gave us hugs...lol. Then we got seats with the rest of our group for Illuminations, the big fireworks/light show in EPCOT. We had great seats, and the show was fabulous! Then we headed to our new hotel in Orlando...which was absolutely FABULOUS!!

Day 7 - Sat. January 3 2004
Woke up early and headed off to Golden Corral for breakfast. It was good considering we had been eating at our hotel every morning. Then we headed off to Magic Kingdom! Since we were tired of big groups, Me, Molly, Megan and Robyn went off on our own. We had a great time! We hit Space Mountain first off...only a 10 min wait....booyah!! We went on 4 rides or so before we had to meet at the Pirates of the Caribbean ride to get ready for our parade in Disney. We warmed up and etc., and headed off for the parade. The parade was awesome...marching down Main Street  with Cinderella Castle behind us was definetly unforgettable. After the parade, we changed back into normal clothes in the dressing rooms, which were only separated by a curtain...so the boys and girls entertained themselves by throwing stuff back and forth. Then we were yet again released into the Kingdom. Our group was joined by Mike, our drill instructor. He's SO FUNNY! We had such a blast with him...so many inside jokes! When Mike finally had to leave us at the end of the day, Nick joined us for a few rides. Then Megan and Robyn went to get food, and Nick, Molly and I watched the fireworks by the castle...so pretty! :)  Nick got a blue spoon, and continued to chew it for like a week after the trip! Gross I know...  Then we got on the monorail back, which I found exciting, since I memorized the monorail instructions in 7 different languages, and recited it with the recording...hehe.
Aw, I <3 my girls!! Molly, Robyn and I in line for Space Mountain
