Q:  Why was Na Kaimana Makamae formed?
A:  The police department is a culture within itself.  Other support groups did not fit the needs of persons associated with the police department.  Na Kaimana Makamae and its core members realize the need to creat a workshop and support group that understands the police culture and the people in it.

Q:  What does the support group provide?
A:  Fellowship with persons that are/have gone through separation/divorce.

Q:  What topics are covered in the workshops?
A:  Guest professionals will speak on issues that persons encountered during separation or divorce.
Ex: Health & Fitness, Financial, Legal, Parenting, Relationship, Time Management

Q:  Is there any fee involved?
A:  None.

Q:  Can anyone participate in the group?
A:  Participants are either married HPD employees or their spouses.  They are often referred to the group.
