How to quit.
Of course, it will not be easy to quit, but if you follow some simple steps, you will become a free person again and you will live longer.Six simple steps:
- Ready yourself. Make a particular day your quit day. Don't deviate from that day.
- Write down the smoking triggers. Do you smoke while drinking, after dinner or with a coffee?
- Write down the health risks. List all health risks that are caused by smoking. Like stroke, heart disease, several types of cancer, diabetes, eye diseases, osteoporosis and many more.
- Buy gums and lolipops. When you have a craving for a cigarette, just suck on a lolipop or chew a gum.
- Mark achivements. Mark your achivements on a calendar. One day smoke-free, one week, one month and so on.
- Enjoy a healthier life. Your life will not only be healthier but also better smelling and with the saved money, you can have extravagant holidays!
Knowing your smoking habits can help you to quit.
Remind yourself that cigaretts contain over 4,000 noxious chemicals which are also used in insect or rat poisons.
