1. Emerging Trends in High Speed Communications - ATM,� Jan 1999

A review paper of the technology that enables the Asynchronous Transfer Mode(ATM) to operate at the speeds it does and the future of ATM. This paper won the First Place at an All India Technical Symposium held at Coimbatore Institute of Technology - Cyberfest'99

2. Tamil on the Internet

A paper that examines the role and importance of Tamil on the� Internet today. It also studied the various display techniques a nd fonts for displaying Tamil on the Web.

3. Adaptive Coding of Monochrome Images using Orthognal Polynomials

A research paper that examines the defects in DCT coding of images and suggests an alternative coding scheme using Orthogonal Polynomials that shows better compression ratios than JPEG.

This paper was presented at an International Conference on Information Technology at Bhubaneswar, Orissa.

4. The future of money : E-Money

A review paper of the issues involved in implementing electronic money and the current forms of e-money with a perspective on what the future of money looks like.

This paper won the 2nd place at the All India Technical Symposium, PIXEL, held by Pondicherry University
