In the culture I hail from, it is universally considered impolite to characterize anything (especially something one is ostensibly promotin) in terms of what it is not. This is considered the most egregious symptom of pessimism. In my culture, pessimism is definitely classed as a character flaw, not a mental disability, a belief or opinion, or a simple observation. For that reason I have decided not to include any examples of what pubwan is not and have instead chosen to use this space to provide my readers (if any) with an attempt at an explanation as to why the wiki titled "pubwan is not" contains no information about what pubwan is not.
