AHA First Aid Course
This 3 hour course includes the general principles of First Aid, Medical Emergencies (chest pain and heart attack, fainting, diabetes and low blood sugar, stroke and seizure), Injury Emergencies (bleeding you can see, and bleeding you can't) and shock, head and spine injury, injuries to bones, joints, and muscles and burns, and Environmental Emergencies (bites and stings, temperature related emergencies and poison emergencies).
