Ok, thanks for coming to see how i did this.
By all means use this as an idea to make your own FoF Guitar
1. I started out going to the B C Rich Guitars website and snagging one of there images. This one to be exact.

I then fiddled with it in photo shop to give me an outline shape.
Time to get some wood! 3 sheets of MDF. 2x12mm & 1x18mm.
I printed the outline image onto paper and stuck it onto the wood
