Where was we .... Oh yeah i had just stuck the outline onto the MDF.
Clamp it down to the work bench, grab the Jigsaw and start chopping the excess wood away
(not an easy task as the jigsaw REALLY didn`t like cutting thru 42mm thick mdf)
Finally ending with this !
I now have 3 sheets of MDF cutout the same. My idea was if i cut out the body section of the middle layer, 1 it will reduce the weight by loads (it was really heavy) and 2 i could stash the electronics in there. Also the neck was too thick, your hand would get cramp from stretching so i ended up cutting the neck off the bottom layer. Now its time for sanding !!
