Rules: The Watson Twilight League is hosting the event,
but we will play by the Putnam Valley Rules.
 | It is match play: the higher handicap players from each team play
each other, and the lower handicap players play each other. In each of
the two matches the player with the lowest net score (actual minus handicap)
earns a point (1/2 pt each if a draw) |
| Each player that has a net score (actual minus handicap) equal to or less
than the
course par for nine holes (35) gets a point. So any net of 35 or less
gets a point. |
| Therefore the maximum points that any team could achieve is 4 points |
| NOTE: Since we are using total score, do not pick up after double-par.
Play out every hole, unless the person you are playing says you can pick up!
Same with gimme putts... determined by your opponent so come to an agreement
on this before the match. |

| Best Team - lowest total net team - $30 |
| Best Player - lowest net player - $22 |
| There will be an envelope in the pro-shop office for a
Closest to the Pin contest! $3.00 per person to sign up. Closest to the
pin on Hole #7 gets the envelope! |
| Tiebreakers on prizes: match will be scored by
hole (like the Twilight Leagues does). If still tied we'll use the PV
League's "random number" method. |
