WHO ARE WE?
Founded in the summer of 1998, their beginnings can be traced back as far as ten years ago. The three members of THTS: Tiffany, Yvonne and Minerva, first met together in Mrs. Chang's third grade class at Maurice Hawk. Although the threesome were forced to overcome a barrier that will be forever known as "bossy yvonne", they managed to develop a unique friendship that would remain with them for years to come.
The amount of time spent together during years of camp college, peddie summers, chinese school, and parents' karoke parties only strengthened the inevitable formation of THTS. As time went by, the three slowly began to drift apart until that one summer night, when they decided to get together for old time's sake, that initiated the endless series of sleepovers and movie marathons to follow. Blockbuster became their headquarters and Minerva's house became the "hot spot".
Soon its members were overcome with pressure from their parents over the dreaded and upcoming SAT. Typical of many in the WWPHS asian population, these three attended overly pricey hour long verbal sessions with Barfsten. First Yvonne, then Tiffany, and lastly, Minerva. It was here that THTS officially came into existence. With the help of Barfsten, Darfsten, Darfsten Jr., and Parfer, the threesome came to realize who they had always been destined to become....THTS.


Note : Formerly The Happy Threesome, we have recently renamed ourselves as Tristate Happy Threesome. With our upcoming venture into college this fall, THTS will be branching out to New York and Pennsylvania areas in addition to its New Jersey locations.
