Each year, a team of students from MIT Sloan (known as the Project Team, or PTeam) go to visit and give seminars at Sloan's sister schools in China. Sloan has three sister schools in China - Tsinghua in Beijing, Fudan in Shanghai, and Lingnan in Guangzhou. This year, 14 of us traveled to Beijing and Shanghai to teach, enrich, learn, and have many epic adventures! We missed Lingnan because of the SARS scare in the Guangzhou / Hong Kong region. The pictures and captions below give but a small glimpse into the wonderful experiences we shared.

Our first duck dinner tasted amazing after over 20 hours of having to endure plane food. Our group feasted on the Beijing cuisine without any complaints!

We did not take long to sample the local nightlife. Above and below is the group enjoying Suzie Wong's, a lounge-style bar in Beijing.

To get things started at Tsinghua we had students running at each other, reaking all kinds of havoc. Well, okay. In actuality, this was an amuzing game to break the ice.

...and then we actually had to teach...

...and eat...

...and teach again! Below, witness the incredible dedication of Irna (center)! Irna inspires everyone in her presence.
