Five cloudy days in the Rio area proved to be a fantastic teaser. An amazing country with beautiful and sweet people, tasty foods and scenic beaches. I hope to go back there soon!

After a couple days in Rio, we decided to head 180km North to the resort town of Buzios. This first tiny beach that we went to is called Azeda.
As we got our berings, we found this spectacular beach - Geribas.
On our way back to Rio, we stopped in Cabo Frio. The size of the town was much larger than we expected given its location
and reputation as a nice resort town.
On my last day, I was determined to see the view from where Jesus stands above Rio. Unfortunately, this was as close as I got since Jesus was buried in the clouds.
