Super Saiya-jin

In order to go super saiya-jin, you must have a pure heart, and you must become super pissed off. In this stage your hair goes bright yelow and your eyes turn green. The first saiya-jin to go ssj1 was goku, during the frieza saga. Almost all the important saiya-jins can go super saiya-jin which are: goku, gohan, vegeta, trunks, goten, and brolli.

Super Saiya-jin 2

When going super saiya-jin 2 your hair grows longer than normal and it looks more gold, your eyes turn a little more aqua blue, and your muscles buldge more. The first person to reach this stage was gohan during the cell saga. There are only 3 sayai-jins who can reach this stage: gohan, goku, and vegeta.

Super Saiya-jin 3

This stage is by far the strongest saiya-jin stage. In this stage your hair grows almost down to your feet, your eye brow ridges are pushed out, and your eyebrows disappear. This stage uses so much power that you can only be in this stage for a short while. There are only 2 saiya-jins to reach ssj3, and they were: Goku, and the fused warrior Gotenks

Super Saiya-jin 4

Although, I personaly don't like this stage scince this stage can only be seen in dragon ball gt, and I don't like dbgt, I will talk about it anyway. This transformation is not a true super saiya-jin, but a mix between oozaru and human.In this form,your hair color stays the same, you grow red fur across some of your body(except SSJ4 Gogita,he had brown fur and red hair),and you wear some weird looking pants.In one of VegettoEX's editorials,he believes that this form is the true Super Saiya-jin, because you reach Golden Oozaru from this form, and a Golden Oozaru was shown in the background when vegeta was explaining the Super Saiya-jin story.

Oozaru

Oozaru form is when a Saiya-jin with a tail catches a glimpse of a full moon,or an energy level that can mimic it. Once they look at the moon, they grow fur all over their body, get red eyes, and grow to immense proportions.When in this form,their power is 10 times that of their normal selves
