About Dragon Ball ZDragon ball z is the longest and best of the 3 series. In dragon ball z we learn more about gokous origin, about the entire saiya-jin race, we learn more about why gokou was sent to earth. We also learn about his dad bardock, and his evil brother raditz. Another thing that you may notice is that it doesen't focous as much on the dragon balls as it did in the original series dragon ball. We also get to meet new faces in the series such as vegeta, gohan(gokous older son,) goten(gokous younger son,) and trunks(vegetas son.) Dragon ball z has a lot more action, and adventure than dragon ball. In dragon ball z we learn about the legendary super saiya-jin. We learn that broli was the legendary, but we also find out that gokou, gohan, vegeta, trunks and goten can all go super saiya-jin too. Dragon ball z takes you on a long adventure with many new sagas, and villans. In dragon ball z there are 2 different futures. A present future and a new or(modified)future. The present future, is what Trunks tells Gokou when they first meet, a future terrorised by Androids. Then there is the new future, the future the z seshi created after Trunks travels back in time and informs Gokou about the real (present)future. This may sound confusing but it is actually quite simple. First we will start with the present future. In the present future just before the Androids arrive, Gokou suffers a heart disease, and consenquently he dies from it (there isn't any cure for the heart disease at thet time). As the Androids finally arrive, Vegeta, Piccolo, Tien, Krillin, Yamcha and Gohan (Gokou's son) engage in a fierce battle with them. Unfortunately, most of them are killed during the battle, with Gohan as the only surviver. At the time, Trunks is still a kid and he hasn't got the capability to fight the Androids yet, but Gohan is always training with him to make him better. A few years later, Androids are back again for another assult, and Trunks wants to take revenge and decides to fight the Androids with Gohan. During this battle gohan looses an arm and trunks ends up taking gohan home. A few days later the androids hit another town. This time gohan knocks trunks out so trunks doesen't hurt. When gohan arrives at the scene, he and the androids start fighting. Gohan holds his own for awile, but when the 2 androids decide to team up, gohan can't take them both on so the androids end up killing gohan. When trunks wakes up he learnes what gohan had done and flys off to the town only to find gohan dead. Gohans death is what triggered trunks to turn super saiya-jin. While super saiya-jin, trunks thought he could take on the androids, but he was still a little too inexpierenced and was beaten up really bad. Aftewr this battle trunks decided to go back to the past in the time machine and warn gokou about the androids. Now on to the new or (modified) future of dragon ball z. Once trunks was in the past he told gokou about the killer androids, and how gokou was going to die of a heart disease. So in an effort to change all that happened in his time he gave gokou the cure for the heart desease. This is the start for the new future. Although, there are new enemies such as cell and buu, but I don't want to go into any more detail as I don't want to spoil it for you. |
