Purchase/Sales Agreement
>All puppies must be PAID IN FULL on or before said puppy is 6 weeks of age, or you forefit your pick! (Unless otherwise stated in written agreement)
>Seller agrees the pup/dog will be received by the buyer in good health having received all dewormings and shots required for the pup/dogs age. Pup/dog will be received by the buyer with a health certificate (if applicable) and ADBA, UKC, or CKC registration certificate necessary to transfer ownership. If your pup/dog requires shipping, registration papers will NOT be sent with the pup/dog. They will be sent certified mail with delivery conformation required. SELLER DOES NOT GUARANTEE PUPS/DOGS TO BE SHOW QUALITY. Buyer(s) agrees pup recieved to be PET quality. Seller also makes NO guarantee to the size or weight of dog at maturity. A lot of this depends on the care the dog receives which is beyond the control of the breeder, once the pup/dog leaves our premises.
>Buyers placing deposits agree that pup will be picked up or shipped by 8 weeks of age. Buyer agrees that the deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, and failure to pick up or accept delivery by 8 weeks of age makes agreement VOID and results in forefiture of deposit. Full credit is given for deposit from selling price of pup. Any money paid prior to 6 weeks is considered part of the deposit. Deposits are NEVER refundable, but ALWAYS transferrable.
>If receiving pup/dog requires shipping.. shipping charges (i.e. airfare, crate, and health certificate) must also be paid in full by the time the pup reaches 6 weeks of age. Airfare is $250 for a pup under 35lbs. over that is slightly higher (rates may change, pending on airlines). Date of shipping will be agreed upon by both parties and scheduled according to flight times offered by airline. Seller will only ship with an airline that services New Orleans International Airport, in New Orleans, La. Animals will not be shipped until all money is received. FAILURE TO PAY ALL MONIES OWED BY 6 WEEKS OF AGE WILL RESULT IN FOREFITURE OF ALL MONEY PAID, AND PUP.
>We DO NOT guarentee coat color of our puppies/dogs. From our Game Bloodlines we expect various colors and patterns in every litter, and our Blues we expect blues, blue fawns, blue brindles, and various other patterns in every litter as well. However coat color, no matter the choice is NEVER guaranteed. We are not responsible for coat color changes, and if the buyer declines pup due to coat color, deposit will be forefited. We are striving to produce dogs with excellent temperments, and excellent breed standards.. NOT a certain color.
>If you choose a blue pup/dog you should consider this.. The Blue coat coloring in most breeds is associated with skin problems, some of which are not responsive to treatment. Blue coated dogs of all breeds are more prone to Bacterial, Viral, Staph, and Fungal Infections as well as various forms of Dermatitis, Allergies, Demodex, and Color Mutant, Alopecia. While some of these conditions are hereditary, many of them are simply the result of the Blue coat coloring. Not all Blue coated dogs are affected, however you need to be prepaired to treat your dog if a skin or coat condition developes. We have done countless hours of research and had lengthy conversations with our vet, and as a result of our findings WE DO NOT GUARANTEE AGAINST ANY SKIN OR COAT PROBLEMS. We will NOT be held responsible for skin and coat problems that are common for dogs with the Blue coat coloring. We suggest you also discuss this with your vet, or research this issue online before you decide to buy a Blue coated dog, or one with parents who are blue! Most breeders will not tell you this.. we feel that you have a right to know! Ask us for a list of other breeders that can vouch for this, we will be glad to provide one for you!
