>If the pup/dog develops a life threatening illness or defect prior to 6 months of age breeder is to be notified IMMEDIATELY. Cases where it is recommended pup/dog be euthanized due to illness or defect will cause great discomfort will be considered life threatning. Breeder must be provided written documentation from 2 licensed veterinarinas containing diagnosis and prognosis for the pup/dog. Shots and dewormings are the responsibility of the buyer. Any pup developing an illness related to lack of shots or deworming will NOT be replaced. All others will be replaced with a pup of the same value from the first possible breeding. If pups available are of greater value, breeder will deduct original purchase price from the purchase of another pup. In NO cases will pups be replaced with one of greater value without difference being paid by purchaser. Refunds will NOT be given. ANY CONDITION WHICH CAN BE TREATED IS NOT COVERED BY THE GUARANTEE. It is recommened that pup/dog be taken to the vet within 48 hours of receiving it. During this 48 hours pup is fully guaranteed.
>We will take deposits for picks on each breeding. Picks will not be made until pups are at least 3 weeks old. At 3 weeks, pictures will be taken and choices will be made in order of deposits recieved. Picks can be delayed until 4 weeks but MUST be made at 4 weeks of age. Litter picks will be available for viewing prior to 4 weeks.
>Breeder does NOT make any guarantees on dogs that are acquired as the result of a puppy trade for stud service to any of our studs or dogs owed to us by other breeders for other reasons. Seller DOES NOT guarantee health of dogs seller did not produce nor the health of any dog that is over 6 months of age. Seller also makes NO guarantees that any puppies or adult dogs are reproductively sound and may or may not ever reproduce pups. We do NOT guarantee any pups we are offering for sale on behalf of anyone else or co-owned breedings.
>If the breeder finds the pup/dog in an unsanitary and/or poor health condition, the breeder has the right to take the dog back from the owner with NO compensation to the owner. Buyer also agrees that this dog/pup will NOT be used for any inhumane, illegal, or immoral purposes. If it is determined that the buyer is using this pup/dog for any of the purposes stated, Mystical Kennel has the right to take the puppy/dog back without any compensation to the owner as well.
>Should said puppy/dog die after the deposit or payment in full is made the buyer will NOT get a refund but will have pick of the next litter when available.
>Buyer agrees that he/she will immediately notify Mystical Kennel if the pup/dog is sold, given away, stolen, or lost but.. Mystical Kennel has FIRST chioce as to if they want to puppy/dog back if buyer has decided to no longer keep, or can no longer adequately care for the pup/dog with NO refunds to the buyer.
>Buyer is to notify Mystical Kennel on a regular basis as to the pup/dogs condition, and provide a current photo, and to notify Mystical Kennel of any address/phone number changes.
>It is buyers responsibility to ensure that seller has contact information to be able to reach you. If buyer should move, have a phone# change, etc. it is the buyers responsibility to notify seller. Seller will NOT attempt to track buyer down if information has changed since deposit was paid. If we are unable to reach you when it is time for picks to be made, your pick will be sold and your deposit will NOT be refunded.
