All pre-made designs will be available for purchase via OZtion®, an auction site designed for Australians and New Zealanders and the second largest dedicated online auction website in Australia. Mystic Mayhem will be setting up a v-shop in the near future where you will be able to find all my current and latest designs. Until my OZtion® v-shop is up and running, all payments must be made via direct deposit. This process can take up to 2-4 days for the payment to clear. If this payment method is not convenient for you, please feel free to email me and we can discuss other options. When the v-shop is operational, I hope to add PayPal™ and most credit cards as alternative payment methods. Please note, I will not accept personal cheques, or Western Union bank transfers under any circumstances.
If you have received an item and it doesn't fit properly, please email me as soon as possible. Prior to posting your item, you will be asked for accurate measurements so that the design can be resized for a custom fit. If you have given me an incorrect measurement, you will need to return the item within 7 days, at your expense. Please provide the correct measurements when you return the item. No extra fee will be charged for the first resizing, however any additional resizings will incur a cost. If you have received an item and it breaks or is damaged within 30 days of receiving it, please email me as soon as possible and return the item, at your expense. No extra fees will be charged for the first repair. If your item continues to break, please email me and we can discuss alternatives to extend the durability of your design. If you no longer like the design or it is not what you wanted, please return the item, at your expense, and a percentage of your payment may be refunded to you. I reserve the right to determine what percentage I will refund you. Full refunds will not be issued unless there are extenuating circumstances.
All items are gift boxed and packaged with the utmost care. I don't want your item damaged during transit anymore than you do, after all it was my time and effort spent creating it. I prefer to send all items by registered post as it allows both of us to be able to track your item and offers up to $100 insurance. Your tracking number will be provided via email once your item has been posted. For items over $100, additional insurance is available at an additional cost of $1.20 per $100. Items will be posted either the same day or next business day after your payment clears. You will be notified via email if any delays occur. I do not charge fees for handling. Use a guide only.
