| Welcome to Mystic Cavern Stables! My name is Natalie Boremi, I own and run MCS. ::. Breeding .: :We have no stallions available to the public but in the future we may offer Morgan and Hanoverian horses to the public for stud or brood. Generally our goal here is to Show, Train, and Sell our foals, From the top SSS Hanos and Morgans. ::. Facilities .:: MCS Sits on 300 flat acres of land. We are right across from the State's National Forest, and we are allowed to use the land for trail riding all year round. Our facilities include; A 200'X180' Indoor with rubber/sand footing watered and treated all year round; A Stone dust Dressage arena (outside); An outdoor jumping field; Cross Country Course [ Which runs through paddocks, around the track and in the woods] With watch tower; and a Turf Track which surrounds a Polo Field. ::. Boarding .:: We are limited to only 10 horses we offer board whether it be all from one boarder or 10 different boarders. Turn out is ALL DAY! With grass, We believe horses should get to be horses. Small paddocks that only allow one horse do not come with run in sheds. We always encourage you allow your horse to be paddocked with a maximum of 4 other horses. Large paddocks come with sheds, and all have automatic waterers that supply warm or cold water all year long. Horses may stay in when ground is soft so that our paddocks stay grass paddocks! They may also get half a day's turnout when ground is soft. IN THE BARN: Stalls are equipped with 2 water buckets, and a feed bucket. Horses are grained twice daily and hayed at 7am -3pm-5pm-8pm. We use sawdust and blue seal grain. ::. Show Grounds .:: We do offer our grounds once a month whether it be all our grounds, or just the indoor. Here's what we got to offer: Polo field, Indoor, Jump Field, Cross country Course, Hunter paces, Dressage arena, 3Day event, Turf only racing and endurance racing. NEW!
