The
murder of James McVey is what we call an unorganized murder. There are many
things that tell us this. James was a low risk person in a high-risk section of
the city of Fort Worth, Texas. His killers let his body lie where he was killed.
They did not try to move it or hide it. They left a bloody footprint at the
scene. They also left expended shells at the scene that identified their weapon.
I believe the killers placed the flash light and box cutter knife by the body.
The painting of the face is revenge of a sort or to try and make it look like a
gang style killing. If this is true then the killers had time to stage the scene
but because of total darkness and not wanting to leave their head lights on,
stepped in the blood. I know this sounds complicated but that moves it to a
combination of organized and disorganized. That tells us that the killers tried
to gather their wits about them and began a cover up of the scene. James was
alive when they painted him. There are tears in the paint. This information came
from the autopsy and we know this is true. As the case progresses we ask you
the reader to give us your input. No one really has a handle on this case.
If the police did they would have solved it long ago.
