This radio interview was on sometime in September. Die-san speaks very little and overall both seem to be quite quiet people.

K: Dir en grey no kaoru desu.
D: Die desu.

Yoroshiku onegai shimasu
K/D: Yoroshiku Onegai Shimasu
How did you find summer 2000?
K: I haven't actually done anything much this summer
What? really? You must have.
K: You mean like summer activities right?
How about the sea and such?
K: We did a live event.
On the 1st of August ne?
K: Yes
The event took place on Fujikyuu Highland Conifer Forest and the concert was with? Sads-san and Penicillin-san.
K: Yes
Did you watch any of their lives?
K: Only Penicillin-san
It was only because they were performing before you. Did you go out after/before the event?
K: Before the event, we went to Fujikyuu Highland for a while.
Did you ride on Fujiyama? (hina: I think its a rollercoaster)
K: It wasn't working.
Why not?
D: The wind was too strong.
K: I can't go on those kind of rides anyway.
You can't? That would be a funny sight, I want to see! (laugh) What about aeroplanes?
K: Aeroplanes are okay.
What about high places?
K: Ummm...it's rather that I can't take the rides which make you scream.
Have you ever gone with him on the ride?
D: No I haven't.
K: I was nearly made to go on one once.
D: He kept saying 'yameteya~!' (stop it/ ie don't make me!)
Were you close to tears?
D: He starts circling forwards and upwards!
(laugh)

I want to see Kaorusan being bullied!
There's a Gundamu attraction isn't there?

K: Yes
Was it crowded?
K: No, it was okay actually.
What kind of ride is it?
K: You get attacked and so you try to escape. (hina: From the conversation, I gather that it's one of the rides where you sit on moving seats and there's a massive screen in front of you). I was looking forward to it so much. I thought it was going to be great. I went but...
You went but?
K: Ummm....(laugh).
D: We felt sick didn't we?
K: It swayed so much.
D: There were these seats, you know the kind that move as a reaction to something on the screen.
It's an anime right?
K: Yes, it's an anime
Do Seyou-san and Amuro-san come out?
K: Yes but only for a split second. Then the rest is like Jimu and such. I asked for the best seat so we were placed right at the front. The screen was too near and we coudn't tell where what was happening!
(laugh)
That's all because you asked for the best. So it was a little disappointing for you?
K: Yes
Well we've got to stop talking about Gundamu otherwise people who have never watched it, won't have the faintest idea what we're talking about. When were you doing your recording till?
K: The 7th of August. After the Fujikyuu event, I went straight to the recording studio without going home.
Your schedule is quite tightly packed. So you got quite a lot done before schedule?
K: Well I would say on schedule! (laugh)
On schedule?.
