Haley Burke - Staff Writer Sarah Callicutt - Staff writer   Sarah Callicutt was born on July 10, 1986 in Dover, Delaware. After moving cross-country several times her family finally settled in Atlanta in 1998. As a junior at Chattahoochee, she is a pitcher for the Cougar's Varsity Softball team and has been playing softball for 11 years. Outside of school, she likes to listen to music (anything  except for country) and works as a lifeguard. One strange but true fact: she is a former puppeteer.   Lee Change - Staff writer   Born on July 3, 1986 in Ohio, Lee Chang has spent most of his life in Georgia. Sports have always been a large part of his life, specifically tennis and soccer. Another of his passions is music, which he enjoys immensely. However, Lee's main focus is to serve God. Currently a junior at Chattahoochee high school, Lee is looking forward to what life  will bring.   Kristin Dumont - Staff writer   Kritin was born on April 28th, 1986. She is currently a junior attending Chattahoochee high school and a private swimming instructor. In her spare time, she enjoys playing  soccer, snow skiing, running track and cross country, hanging out with friends, istening to music, and being a #1 GA tech fan. She has also lived in San Francisco, Ca, and  Memphis, TN.   Tara Jayant - Staff Writer   Tara is a New Jersey girl who has been residing in Georgia for the past four years. she has a sister who's in college, an adorable African Grey parrot and a cat. Tara enjoys attending CHS. When she's not busy with school work she occupies herself by taking lessons in classical piano, playing tennis, reading, studying fashion, and writing random  things on her laptop. as a staff writer on the Speculator this year, she hopes to write a variety of articles. Tara's preferred method of relaxation is exploring alternative  and indie music. she also appreciate monkeys.   Mallory Martin - Staff Writer   Mallory was born in California and has lived in Alpharetta for 8 years. She is a junior on staff. In addition to Speculator, Mallory is a Varsity football cheerleader. She is  also involved in Keyettes and spanish club. In her free time she enjoys shopping and hanging out with her friends. When she graduates she wants to attend Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.    Stephen Morgan - Staff Writer   Stephen Morgan is currently a staff writer on the Speculator at Chattahochee High School. He was born in Atlanta, Georgia, and has also lived in Texas and Ohio. Stephen enjoys reading, watching movies, playing sports, and listening to music. His favorite sport is baseball, and his favorite movie is The Breakfast Club. Stephen is also a member of the  Chamber Choir and the marching band. He hopes to attend the Unversity of North Carolina or Emory University one day, majoring in sports journalism or psychology.   Kinnari Patel - Staff Writer   Kinnari was born on January 20, 1986 in Gainsville, Georgia. She currently lives with her parents, Manhar and Hema Patel, and her sister, Anjuli, who is a freshman at Georgia Tech. In her spare time, Kinnari enjoys reading, playing the piano, and jogging. She plans on pursuing a career in medicine after college.   Katie Pursley - Staff Writer   Katie Pursley was born in Atlanta, Georgia and has lived in Alpharetta since 1992. She has a younger sister named Lexi and two golden retrievers. On the weekends, she enjoys spending time at her lake house on Lake Lanier. She enjoys activities such as tumbling, tubing, water skiing, and snow skiing. Katie is in Spanish Club, Keyettes, and is a Chattahoochee Varsity Football Cheerleader.   Katie Pyne - Staff Writer   Katie Pyne was born on February 1 in Manhattan Beach, California. She moved to Duluth, Georgia when she was 7 years old and has lived in the same house ever since. Always keeping herself busy, Katie is involved in several activities besides the Speculator Staff, including cheerleading and taking on the role as the vice president of the junior class. She loves the beach, hanging out with her goofy friends, going to concerts, her dog Lacie, and anything chocolate.   Bowhee Sohn - Staff Writer   Bowhee Sohn, a Californian-born Korean, living in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia was born on Nov. 23, 1985. This smart young girl grew up in the streets of Norcross, Georgia.  She begain impressing her kindergarten teacher by not knowing her address and leaving the classroom whenever her heart desired. 10 years flew by and Bowhee entered high  school. That's when she began picking up exciting new hobbies like studying and occasionally washing dishes. If Bowhee isn't in class or at home, she is usually in her cheerleading uniform cheering "Go~ Chattahoochee!!!" Currently a junior and a new member on The Speculator Staff, Bowhee hopes the next two years will be a  blast!!!!    Jae Yang - Staff Writer   Jae Yang was born in Korea, and he immigrated into the United States when he was just two years old. He has lived in Alpharetta, Georgia all his life and attended Dolvin Elementary, Taylor Road Middle, and Chattahoochee High. As a junior, he has joined the Speculator staff with the intention of writing for the voiceless people. He loves to  read, play piano, and chill with friends. Recently he has started to play the drums and watch soccer. He is 16 and likes to read Calvin and Hobbes on his free time.
