Wonderful homes for first time buyers.
No more rosebudding to get your Sims a nice home.
All homes come fully furnished with maxis content only, unless otherwise stated. I created the homes using all the expansion packs. You might not need them all to be able to use my homes, but I really don't know.
If you use my homes without e.g. Making Magic, you'd probably get that annoying "missing items" message, but you could always try.

Lot 79 - Simplicity

Simplicity: The name says it all! It's the simplest of homes, but will give your Sim all they really need. Comes fully furnished, with even a second-hand (but well tuned) piano to fulfill your Sim's musical needs.
Fully fitted kitchen with fridge, stove and espresso machine. The bathroom has a toilet, bathtub with shower and a simple sink. Pretty garden with flowers, topiaries and two small ponds.
To dowload our houses, you will need to sign up with the yahoo-group MySimCreations. Once you have signed up, you will have access to the files, where you can download to your heart's desire.
