Flamerule 9

The party reaches Brost. The decision is made to travel with the next caravan out of the town.

Flamerule 11

The party leaves Brost with a Gnomish caravan heading for Riatavin.

Flamerule 16

A lone rider catches up with the party, carrying a message from Kyrnyn. Apparently, a lone figure, on the verge of death, appeared in Mosstone bearing a message for Conor. He mentioned over and over that Selena had been captured on her way to find Conor. No healing from the druids appeared to aid him, it was as if his mind had been focused only on the delivery of that one message and then shut down. He died soon after. The party debates what to do next, suspecting a trap. The decision is made to continue to Riatavin and determine the next course of action.

Flamerule 19-30

The party arrives in Riatavin. An inn is found and the party joins in the preparations for the Shieldmeet celebration. Over the last tenday in the month, the party acquires a new instrument for Conor and several members apply for several of the competitions.
  • Arianna enters an archery competition and makes it to the final of her flight where another elvish archer outshoots her. 
  • Conor enters in a musical competition and makes it through several preliminary rounds to the Bard finals. 
  • Kaldes enters a sparring competition and makes it through to the quarterfinals. Far enough to win a free steak dinner and to get several informal offers for bodyguard work.
