Aww... isn't he cute? Oh well, cuteness wears off eventually. Bart is the 10 year old son of Homer and Marge. His favorite pastimes includes  skate boarding, bullying Lisa, making prank calls to Moe's Tavern and watching the Itchy and Scratchy Show. Bartholomew, as he was christened, is a misunderstood kid. He learned early in his life that the way to attract attention is by being the class clown, prankmeister and getting himself into all sorts of trouble. His anti-establishment attitude made him a veritable target for the authority of Springfield. His short life are peppered with amusing incidents; for example, he was named the heir of Mr. C. M. Burns, got into jail just so that the school bully could play in the football team coached by Homer, uncovered the framing of Krusty The Klown by the murderous Sideshow Bob and subsequently hunted by him. Homer had also feared that Bart was gay and tried to suppress the imagined tendencies. Over the years Bart, once accidentally diagnosed as a genius, enrolled into a special school  and was also forced to study in a military school by Homer. Bart has a dog, Santa's Little Helper (changed from the original name of Satan's Little Helper) and once owned an elephant he won in a contest. However, the life of Bart Simpson is just beginning...
