What's Next Friday June 20, 2003 - Now the waiting period begins. We successfully completed the ICBF interview with the defendant of minors, and turned our paperwork over to the paralegal for our lawyer. There are holidays on Monday June 23 and June 30, but she intends to file with the court on Tuesday June 24. We should hear by Tuesday night which court we are assigned to (some courts are fast, some are verrry slowww) at processing the paperwork. Tuesday June 24, 2003 - Rick leaves for Rochester, We should hear news about which court we have, and this determines the speed at which Jenn and Rachel will appear before the final court. What's happened thus far Sunday, June 15, 2003 - Rick & Jenn leave for Bogota, Colombia, SA Monday, June 16, 2003 - Rachel Renee Myles meets her excited parents! Lunch (Ajiaco!!) with Clara Toro. Tuesday, June 17, 2003 - Early walk with Clara, Notary Public, then move to Flemings home (from Zona Rosa) Wednesday June 18, 2003 - Walk to Exito, and Carulla for supplies Thursday June 19, 2003 - Visit to CRAN to see progress of Rehabilitation efforts, shopping spree at El Maku, and lunch at Carbon De Pollo! Friday June 20, 2003 - Our first court appearance with ICBF - family court 9:00am- And we were in and out in 10 minutes! Saturday June 21, 2003 - Walk down the canal path by Flemings home, Shopping at Unicentro, Dinner at "Crepes Y Waffles" with Brooke & David Dienar-Yum! Sunday June 22, 2003 - Church at Aposento Alto #129, great food, shopping and Flea Market at Hacienda Santa Barbara. Monday June 23, 2003 - Jenn, Rick and Rachel have some quality time, playing, walking, shopping, eating, sleeping, learning more about each other.
