Our first "court appearance" June 20, 2003     We met with the Defendant of minors at ICBF (Bienestar) to interview us, and see if we are a good fit. It was the quickest interview ever! We arrived 10 minutes early, and were out 5 minutes before we were to even begin the interview. A happy family at ICBF. Marta (the paralegal for our attorney) and Clara Toro.
