| Well this about 6 months down the track. The only time we could really work on it were Saturdays so we weren't making bad progress. The body work was just about done now and it was just panels to do. Soon we'd be ready for paint. Colour chart after colour chart and i still hadn't really found what i wanted. Nothing over the top coz i wanted this car to be an everyday driver. |
| The rad support panel got a smoothing over now. All unecessary things were planished out or welded over. Especially the things that were there for LHD models. |
| VL Commodore door handles tacked in ready to be fully welded, and the door lock welded over. |
| Etch primed, it's obvious all those hours filling spot welds have made the difference between a good job and a very good job. Remember this is just a quick respray and even at this stage this car was just something to run me and some to school in! |
