Overall Structure Layout
This camp shall be held for a total of 3 days and 2 nights starting from Friday the 10th of June 2005 at 1900 hrs whereby it will continue until Sunday the 12th of June 2005. SMS@GRIP 2005 will officially end on that day after the 1145 hrs church service.


Food And Accomodation
Food shall be provided for 3 days (excluding Sunday lunch). The breakdown is as follows :- Friday evening dinner, Friday night supper, Saturday morning breakfast, Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, Saturday night supper, and Sunday morning breakfast (drinks provided only). Accomodation for the 3 days 2 nights event will be at the Menara Wesley Kuala Lumpur. All campers are advised to bring their own sleeping bags along. Sleeping mats will be provided.


Fees And Charges
A small fee of RM10 (Ringgit Malaysia ten) will be imposed for all participants of SMS@GRIP 2005. This amount covers everything from the food to the accomodation for 3 day and 2 nights.


Games
Participants are expected to be mindful of themselves at all time. The committee of SMS@GRIP 2005 will not be held responsible for any mishaps and / or accidents that may occur during the games or the whole camp itself.


Registration
Registration for SMS@GRIP 2005 is by first-come-first-serve basis, and starts officially on the 1st of May 2005 until the 29th of May 2005. We do not acknowledge registration forms without the prior payment and priority will be given to those who submit their registration forms along with the fee. Please be reminded that this event is limited only to the first 60 registered participants and the organizing committee will not entertain late submissions of forms long after the closing date. Those under 18 years of age are required to get their parental consent.
