Moroccan Bread
( Kursa )
Prepare Basic Bread Dough Recipe. Let rise once.

Transfer to a floured surface and kneed for 1 minute. Divide in 8 equal pieces. Roll out each ball in a nice round shape about 1" thick.

Place on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Brush with olive oil and add toppings of choice ( left ).

Let rise for about an hour uncovered. Preheat oven to highest temperature.

Bake until golden brown.

Serve with any Moroccan food.

NOTES; If chosing olives, push them a bit into the dough. Using Kosher ( sea ) salt makes this bread into a kind of pretzel bread.
