Chicken & Bean Soup
In a soup pot bring water and chicken to a boil. Boil on a low flame for 40 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for another 30 minutes on a low burner and covered.

Best served with homemade breads.
1 chicken ( cut into pieces )
10 C water
3 Carrots
1/2 C onion ( chopped )
1/2 C frozen peas
1/2 C frozen corn
1/2 C celery ( chopped )
1/4 C parsley ( chopped )
1 can beans in tomato sauce
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/4 t curry powder
1/4 t cumin
